Our Work

Four pillars. One enduring purpose.

We align leadership, heritage, wellness and faith so communities gain more than programs—they gain pathways, partners and lasting capacity.

01

Leadership Development

Formation, coaching, civic learning and intergenerational pathways for people called to lead with courage, competence and humility.

02

Heritage Preservation

Archives, interpretation, oral history and public programs that preserve truthful memory and connect it to present responsibility.

03

Health & Wellness

Partnership-led access, education and spaces supporting physical, emotional and community wellness from childhood through elderhood.

04

Faith Formation

Experiences that join spiritual wisdom, moral clarity, service, reconciliation and responsibility.

Planned Flagship Hub

Samuel Billy Kyles Center for Hope Health and Heritage

The Center is envisioned as both memorial and mechanism: a place where the courage of the past equips Memphis to meet the needs of the present.

Current concepts include a heritage and museum suite, wellness and clinical partner space, leadership and meeting rooms, offices, a gym, café and a 150-seat auditorium for learning, civic dialogue and community life.

Every element remains subject to planning, partnership, funding, professional review and formal approval.

  • Remember: preserve Rev. Kyles’s office, witness and public legacy.
  • Restore: create pathways to trusted health and wellness resources.
  • Develop: shape leaders for churches, schools, neighborhoods and institutions.
  • Convene: bring residents and partners together around shared responsibility.

Program Standard

Community benefit that can be seen and measured.

We pursue work that is mission-aligned, evidence-informed, community-accountable and capable of strengthening institutions—not merely producing activity.
